Currently there are known issues concerning @yahoo.com, @aol.com and other mail addresses which fall under the Yahoo umbrella.

Their mailserver sporadically blocks emails from our sites, which is why (out)bid and other notifications aren’t received by these email addresses.

To prevent this you could try to whitelist our domain “embryosale.com”. Click here for more info on how to whitelist. Although we’re not certain this will resolve the problem completely.

We highly recommend registering using any other mail address not associated with Yahoo or AOL.

For existing accounts: Please use the form below to request us to change the mail address to which the bid mails are sent, or contact us via info@embryosale.com with your bidding number, old and new mail address.
